Senior Director of Partnerships & Administration
Erin Rafter is the Senior Director of Partnerships and Administration for Entertainment Benefits Group. Rafter has been with the company throughout its exponential growth phase from July 2005 and has been instrumental in developing and managing client and supplier partnerships. Rafter helped develop the framework and design for the central distribution and administration platform that technologically brings all segments and partnerships of the business together. Rafter is responsible for managing the department that oversees the administration and production of over 2,000 attractions, events and hotel offers that change daily.
Prior to joining Entertainment Benefits Group, Rafter worked in corporate sponsorships and athletic marketing at the University of Notre Dame and in the athletic department at Harvard University.
Rafter received a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Saint Mary’s College and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University. |
